I was fascinated the other night to see a programme called Silverville a “documentary following the lives and loves of residents in a new, purpose-built retirement village in Milton Keynes”.
Wondering quite how realistic this was going to be I duly tuned in to one of the most honest, funny and touching programmes I have seen in a while.
Unfortunately I came in at Episode 4 but with the miracles of modern computing I used the BBC iPlayer to catch up on the ones I had missed and I would recommend you do the same.
